  成分和性能
  铁基高温合金中的镍是形成和奥氏体的主要元素,并在时效处理中形成ni3(ti、al)沉淀强化相。铬主要用来抗燃气腐蚀性。钼、钨用来强化固溶体。铝、钛、铌用于沉淀强化。碳、硼、等元素则用于强化晶界。铁基高温合金按制造工艺可分为变形高温合金和铸造高温合金，按强化可分为加工硬化型、固溶强化型和沉淀强化型高温合金。一些典型的铁基高温合金的成分和性能见表。组织 铁基高温合金的基体为奥氏体，主要的沉淀强化相有γ【ni3(ti、al)】和γ"(ni3nb)相两类。此外，还有微量碳化物、硼化物、les如fe2mo)相和δ相等。与镍基高温合金组织相比,铁基合金中相组织较复杂,性较差,容易析出η(如ni3ti)、σ(如fexcry)、g(如fe6ni16si7)、μ(如fe7mo6)和les等有害相。几种典型合金的组织见。
